Shipping Specialist

As a Shipping Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently pulling, staging, and loading orders, ensuring that all products are padded, wrapped, bolted, and strapped as necessary for safe shipment. You will work closely with the team to maintain an organized warehouse environment and report any supply needs or equipment breakdowns.

Responsibilities :

• Accurately pull, stage, and load orders.
• Ensure all products are shipped in good physical condition.
• Organize the warehouse to maintain a safe and productive environment.
• Report supply needs and equipment breakdowns to the supervisor or lead.
• Operate a pallet jack and other necessary equipment.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, MN.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
