Overview :

TalentFish is casting a line for an Azure Cloud Architect. This is a Direct Hire role located in NYC OR WDC (Remote)

This position exists to design, implement, and optimize secure, scalable, and resilient Azure-based solutions that align with the firm's compliance, risk, and operational objectives. The Azure Cloud Architect will partner with cross-functional teams-Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications, Security, and Compliance-to ensure the firm's Azure environment meets evolving industry and regulatory standards.

What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)

• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or cloud environments, with at least 4 years focused on Azure cloud architecture
• Expertise in deploying and optimizing Azure services such as networking (VNet, NSG, Azure Firewall), identity (Entra ID), compute (VMs, AVD), and storage (Blob, Disk, Files)
• Strong scripting and Infrastructure-as-Code skills using PowerShell and DevOps pipelines
• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, Intune, Conditional Access, and Zero Trust frameworks
• Proven experience in regulated or security-sensitive environments
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred
• Certifications such as :

Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect

Compensation Information

The expected salary range for this position is $150,000-$200,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. This role also qualifies for comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. TalentFish is committed to pay transparency and equal opportunity.
