Vista America Global Fleet Flight Operations Manager - If you are ready to take on the next challenge in your Pilot career, consider the Vista America Global Fleet Flight Operations Manager position. In this position, you are responsible for our Global aircraft - oversee the management and support of the fleet. Maintain safety, efficiency and service standards. This position will require relocation to Columbus, Ohio.

The FOM oversees the effective management and support of the fleet crewing and each pilot's welfare to meet and maintain safety, efficiency and service standards, protecting & promoting the Vista America Brand.

Duties and Responsibilities

Inclusive of the following but not limited to :

People Management Responsibilities

• Execute all performance management functions
• Ensure crew are calibrated with company goals
• Hold Bi Monthly Fleet Meetings
• Execute all necessary time & attendance functions
• Quarterly 1-on-1 appraisal & Review
• Reward & recognition for team members
• Effective Talent strategy including internal changes & external hires
