As a Security Officer - Financial Institution Front Desk in Malvern, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer at a prominent financial institution location, you will be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and clients. Your role involves monitoring access, verifying credentials, and assisting with security-related inquiries, all while providing exceptional customer service. You will help to deter security-related incidents through your presence and professionalism, utilizing your computer or tablet skills as needed.

What You'll Do

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Minimum Requirements

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
