Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Professional Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality baked goods, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the baking area, and ensuring customer satisfaction with consistently delicious products. As a professional baker, you will contribute to the success of the dining facility by applying expertise in baking techniques, following recipes, and adhering to food safety standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake or cook, and serve : Follows pastry production schedule for correct portions, mixing ingredients, proofing dough, and baking to proper doneness at prescribed temperature.
• Quality control : maintain high standards for quality, texture and presentation of baked goods. Conduct regular checks for freshness, taste, and appearance, making adjustments as necessary.
• Operate and maintain equipment : Uses mixers, baking and roasting ovens and fryers as appropriate for production, inspecting equipment before and sanitizing after use, and employing safe operating practices.
• Team collaboration : Work closely with other dining facility staff to ensure smooth operations, effective communication, and the efficient completion of tasks.
