Job Description

Plan and manage all phases of commercial construction projects, from initiation to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Monitor project progress, resolving any challenges or delays promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Commercial Construction should have :

  • A strong background in commercial construction management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
