Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Location : Greenville, Pennsylvania Area

Employment Type : 1099 Independent Contractor

Compensation : $200.00 per hour

Schedule : 4 days per week (Monday - Thursday)

Benefits : 6 weeks off, negotiable sign-on bonus

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer anesthesia and provide comprehensive perioperative care for patients undergoing primarily orthopedic and some ophthalmologic procedures.
• Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations, develop tailored anesthesia care plans, and monitor patients throughout surgical procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort through precise anesthesia administration and vigilant intraoperative monitoring.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia care in compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and foster a patient-centered culture within the facility.

Schedule and Work Environment :

This position features a consistent 4-day workweek, typically Monday through Thursday, with an average workday of 8 hours. Some days may be shorter, while others may extend slightly based on case volume.

The facility specializes in orthopedic procedures with some eye surgeries, offering a focused caseload that supports efficiency and expertise. With no weekend or on-call duties, this role promotes an excellent work-life balance.

Additionally, the position includes 6 weeks of paid time off annually, providing ample opportunity for rest, travel, or personal pursuits..
