Key Role Highlights :

• Build strategic relationships and networks, including with realtors and property

managers, to develop referral partnerships and generate new leads.

Conduct accurate and timely sales estimates both in-person and virtually, with follow-up

actions to secure approval, including upselling additional services.

Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by proactively addressing potential issues,

resolving feedback effectively, and securing positive online reviews

Oversee project management from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within

budget, meeting client expectations, and maintaining quality standards.

Uphold company values by ensuring quality, integrity, and exceptional customer

satisfaction in every interaction and project.

Hours : Full-time, MF, with the flexibility required to inspire peak performance.

Compensation : $48,000 - $120,000+ / yr. $3,000 monthly draw. 7-8% commissions. Bonus

opportunities.

Requirements :

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees,

managers, subcontractors, and clients

Ability to learn and work independently in a fast-paced environment; self-motivated

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Eagerness to build relationships and generate leads.

Two (2) years of sales or estimating experience is preferred, but not required

Clean driving record
