FlexStaff is seeking a friendly and organized Medical Receptionist for our client, an orthopedic medical practice. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Greet patients and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-in / check-out.
• Verify insurance information and collect co-pays / balances.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
