Fleet Supervisor, WM Healthcare Solutions (Remote on West Coast)

I. Job Summary Remote position with up to 25% travel required. Qualified candidates need to reside near a major airport on the West Coast. Responsible for overseeing maintenance and repair services for the WMHS fleet, ensuring high-quality, timely, in budget, and in scope service delivery across a diverse range of fleet assets. The incumbent prioritizes work, manages workflow, assigns tasks, and supports vendor and fleet technician performance evaluation processes. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities + Oversees the day-to-day operations of employees in the maintenance shop. + Coordinates and supervises all maintenance work and repairs, and monitors progress and quality. + Reviews driver repairs and other maintenance requests and prepares work order documents. + Performs mechanical duties as needed. + Monitors inventory of replacement parts and restocks as needed. + Oversees personnel including coaching, training, evaluating employee performance, and conducting disciplinary action as needed. Provides input into termination, compensation, and promotion decisions. + Interprets and ensures consistent application of organizational policies and safety regulations. + Creates and submits reports as necessary. III. Qualifications Must live and work in the U.S. A. Required Qualifications + High School Diploma or GED (accredited) + 4 years of relevant work experience. (in addition to education requirements) + Valid Driver's License A. Preferred Qualifications + Prior experience coordinating maintenance and repair for fleet. Prior experience should include invoicing and asset tracking. IV. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive pay. V.
