Job Description

As an Account Manager , you’ll serve as the key liaison between healthcare providers and home health agencies within your assigned territory. You’ll have the flexibility to select your primary on-site location from one of our LA-area offices in Cerritos, Long Beach, Huntington Park, or Covina.

You’ll split your time between working on-site at your chosen office and traveling (approximately 25%) to visit local providers and partner agencies. This role blends relationship management, operational coordination, and business development — perfect for someone who enjoys both structured office time and time in the field.

Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources to drive home health referrals.
  • Educate providers about Home Health Links’ services and coordinate ongoing communication.
  • Collaborate with licensed clinicians (PT, OT, ST, RN) to ensure timely staffing and visit compliance.
  • Supervise and support Provider Support staff.
  • Assist with interviewing, onboarding, and managing field clinicians in your territory.
  • Track referral trends and operational performance; report progress to management.

Qualifications : Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare sales, home health coordination, or case management.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of home health operations and compliance standards.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs, scheduling systems, and digital tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (travel up to 25%).
  • Compensation is commensurate with experience, $50,000-$55,000k annually, plus commission incentives
