Community hospital part of a system looking to bring on Nurse Manager ICU! Bonus Incentives!

Summary :

Ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit / department. Monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies / procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.

• 42 Critical Care beds total – 18 beds in one tower for ICU / CVICU, and 23 beds in the main ICU
• About 135 FTE's in the department including Managers, Clinical Nurse Coordinators, RNs, New Grad RNs, Nurse Externs, Unit Secretary
• This will be one of 2 Managers on the team, reporting to a Director Critical Care, then ACNO, then CNO
• This ICU they see neuro, surgical, trauma, respiratory, etc.
