Job Type : Full-Time

Facility Type : Inpatient

Sign-On Bonus : $4,000

Schedule : 4 days per week

Monday : 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Tuesday : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Wednesday : 7 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Thursday : Off

Friday : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our inpatient facility in Dublin, OH. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced professionals and new graduates to thrive in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide superior patient care and service, making the patient the top priority while exhibiting excellent chairside manner.

Partner with the team to ensure a respectful, collaborative, and efficient workplace.

Maintain patient schedules to minimize wait times.

Educate patients on oral hygiene, procedures, and ongoing care plans.

Perform all clinical hygiene functions, including :

Evaluating X-rays and reviewing medical histories

Performing adult / child prophylaxis and non-surgical periodontal therapy

Co-assessing treatment plans with the doctor

Complete periodontal charting per guidelines.

Ensure patient confidentiality through full HIPAA compliance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred

State-registered Dental Hygienist

Local Anesthesia license required

Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental office (new graduates also accepted)

Experience with EMR and knowledge of medical terminology preferred
