Job descriptionDefine project schedules, budgets, and technical requirements, leading projects from initiation through handoff. Communicate customer needs, specifications, timelines, and budget considerations to cross-functional teams, including engineers, senior leadership, and consultants. Monitor production schedules daily and identify potential challenges. Troubleshoot issues, provide technical guidance, and direct the project team to resolution. Track financials and prepare detailed project status reports to ensure requirements and cost controls are met. Maintain documentation for project plans, procedures, and deliverables. Present technical and project information to stakeholders. Support larger programs and provide guidance to junior Project / Product Managers. Recommend process or policy improvements to enhance project execution. Engage regularly with customers, peers, and leadership teams. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in materials, sales, marketing, engineering, manufacturing, program administration, or related fields. Proven track record managing fast-paced, short-duration projects within electrical manufacturing, power generation, or power distribution industries. Industry knowledge of UL standards such as : UL 891 Switchboards UL 1558 Metal-Enclosed Low-Voltage Power Circuit Breaker Switchgear UL 67 Panelboards UL 857 Busway UL 1008 Transfer Switch Equipment UL 62368 / 60950 IT Equipment (preferred) PMP certification (preferred but not required). Willingness to travel up to 25%.
