SUMMARY

• As the Process Desing and Enablement Architect, you will lead IT architecture's strategic design and governance of the Architecture practice. Your role will be pivotal in modernizing architecture internal processes and driving impactful transformations through effective collaboration with the Architecture Leads, business leaders, and IT leadership.
• In this process focused role, you will craft visionary roadmaps, establish policy to support internal processes, compliance requirements, and governance workflows. You, in conjunction with Architecture Leadership will set the strategic architectural direction. Your scope will include refining processes to ensure consistency across all architecture output, engagement, and process. This role will also facilitate incremental improvement of how Architecture manages our work – refining templates, Architecture tools, a focus on data quality, reviewing standard, exceptions, and gaps in strategy are all examples of ways to achieve incremental improvement. A strong security mindset will be essential to ensure that all architectural decisions and implementations prioritize protecting our data and systems.
