Job Title : Nurse Practitioner – Senior Primary Care (Outpatient)

Location : Venice, FL 34285

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (No nights, weekends, or call)

Salary : $125,000–$170,000 / year (DOE)

Job Type : Full-Time | On-Site

Seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join a new senior-focused outpatient clinic in Venice, FL. Enjoy Monday–Friday hours, small patient panels, and 45-minute appointments that prioritize patient relationships and provider satisfaction.

What You’ll Do :

Deliver comprehensive care to patients aged 65+
Collaborate with a supportive, interdisciplinary care team
Manage non-complex acute and chronic conditions
Focus on prevention, wellness, and reducing ER visits
Utilize modern EMR (eClinicalWorks) – training provided

Must Have :

Active or in-process Pennsylvania FNP license
