The Associate Clinician Recruiter will play a critical role in driving candidate flow for our physician and APP recruiting teams. This role focuses on proactive outreach and lead generation to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified clinicians. the associate recruiter will work closely with assigned Senior Recruiter(s) to support full-cycle recruiting efforts.

Essential Duties :

• Utilize various channels, including digital media, job boards, and networking events, to identify and attract potential clinician candidates.
• Contribute to email / text campaign content and execution, following team protocols
• Build and maintain lead lists aligned to a specialty, licensure, and market needs.
• Assist in proposing solutions for recruiting challenges and contribute to the development of effective recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with experienced recruiters to understand and align strategies with organizational goals.
• Partner with assigned Senior Recruiter(s) to qualify leads and transition candidates into the recruiting pipeline.
• Manage outreach cadence to maximize response and engagement rates.
• Support the scheduling and coordination of candidate interviews and follow-up.
• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in Salesforce.
• Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
• Participate in training sessions to develop an understanding of clinician specialties, and recruitment best practices.
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in clinician recruitment.
