Key Responsibilities
Link patient experiences between PACT and practice sites, managing inbound and outbound calls
Schedule patient appointments, verify insurance information, and update medical records
Provide customer service, triage calls, and assist with organizational marketing efforts
Required Qualifications
High School Graduate
0-1 year experience in a call center or customer service-related role
Basic knowledge of medical terminology is helpful but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle various customer needs
Must reside in specific states including AL, CO, FL, GA, ID, KS, KY, ME, MI, NC, SC, VA, or VT
