• Provide physical therapy assistant services under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and activities to improve patient mobility and function.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and use of equipment to improve strength, balance, and coordination.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Maintain a productivity standard of 90% for Physical Therapy Assistants.
• Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and protocols for patient care and safety.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
