Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care (Contract, Correctional Health)
Location : Split between WSPF (3 days / week) & PDCI (2 days / week)
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM
Pay : $115–$120 / hr | 26-week contract | Up to 40 hours / week
Overview :
Join a supportive clinical team providing essential primary care in two well-organized correctional facilities. You’ll deliver compassionate, evidence-based healthcare to adult patients, ensuring continuity and quality across both sites.
What You’ll Do :
Provide routine and preventive care to adult patients.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
Collaborate closely with onsite medical staff.
Maintain thorough, accurate patient documentation.
Optional : perform minor procedures based on comfort and experience.
What You’ll Need :
Active NP license in Wisconsin (unrestricted).
2+ years of primary care experience.
BLS certification.
Strong clinical judgment and adaptability.
Correctional or institutional experience preferred, not required.
