Help Wanted : Automotive Service Adviser – New Car Dealership
Due to retirement and relocation of 2 of our service advisers we are in need of experienced and knowledgeable service advisers.
Are you passionate about cars and customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? Join our growing dealership as a Service Adviser and become the trusted link between our customers and our expert technicians!
Location : 2050 E Rodeo Drive, Cottonwood, AZ
Schedule : Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Compensation : Competitive salary + Commission
Responsibilities :
- Greet customers and assess their service needs in a friendly, professional manner
- Write accurate repair orders and communicate clearly with technicians
- Provide updates and recommendations to customers throughout the service process
- Ensure timely completion of services and customer satisfaction
- Maintain service records and follow dealership procedures
