Job descriptionMinimum 5 years as a Navy officer or senior enlisted at an MOC (Operational Level of War). Experience in Navy training and readiness. Skilled in developing training materials and identifying learning gaps. Knowledge of DoD IT systems, security authorization, and accreditation. Strong communication and briefing skills for high-level leadership. 10 years experience at an MOC. Experience working in a SCIF. Experience drafting Navy training manuals. TS / SCI Clearance and a Master's Degree are highly preferred.
Mid Level Career (5+ Years Experience) It - Software
$70,000 - $80,000
Location : Suffolk, VA (On-Site / Office)
Clearance Required : Active Secret (TS / SCI Preferred)
Education Required : Bachelor's Degree (Master's Preferred)
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with Fleet personnel to support and develop the MOC Training Manual (TRAMAN).
- Track training and exercise milestones, monitor progress, and identify training gaps.
- Analyze Navy systems, policies, and processes to support resource allocation and readiness.
- Prepare analytical reports, decision briefs, and visual presentations for senior Navy leadership.
- Engage with training stakeholders and contribute to the Navy requirements process.
