Associate Program Manager Quick Home Energy Check-up (QHEC)
Location : Hybrid - Candidates must be able to commute to Columbia, MD
To support our growth, we are currently seeking an QHEC Associate Program Manager for our Utility Programs and Services (UPS) division to lead and grow ICF's energy efficiency programs in Maryland. You will lead the development and management of our QHEC energy efficiency programs, build relationships with clients, mentor junior team members, design / implement program strategies and plans. This position will need to effectively interface with staff and clients locally in Maryland.

What you will be doing :
Design energy efficiency programs, including measure selection, market analysis, and delivery strategy developmentImplement programs through detailed management plans, quality control, and evaluation processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams of technical and marketing specialists (internal staff and subcontractors) to meet program goalsBuild and maintain strategic partnerships through in-person and virtual engagementManage program forecasts, budgets, goals, and provide regulatory supportAnalyze market trends and technologies to enhance program performanceCoordinate with regional and national teams to align strategies and share best practicesOversee daily operations of program staff and subcontractorsDrive adoption of energy-efficient technologies by leveraging market knowledge and stakeholder relationshipsTrack progress and report results to clientsTravel locally within Maryland up to 10% for client meetings, and program eventsWhat we need you to have (minimum qualifications) :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Science, Engineering, Energy Management, Sustainability, or related discipline (or applicants can substitute one year of related experience for one year of education)3+ years of experience developing designing and administering successful energy efficiency and demand reduction programs for utilities, state energy offices, state / local governments, and / or regional non-profits and / or related experienceValid driver's license requiredMust be able to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check and drug screening.What we would like you to have (preferred qualifications) :
