Overview

Role : CDP FT Retail Donor Greeter. This position involves greeting donors, handling donations, ensuring donation areas are organized, and supporting store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Major Responsibilities

• Follows Current Standard Operating Procedures for Donation Process
• Greet all donors within 15 seconds of arrival.
• Accept donations from customers, provide receipts and thank donors.
• Depending on store procedures, sort and arrange donations in bins to go to various sorting areas of the store.
• Load and unload company trucks and trailers, ensuring all boxes have proper labeling.
• Maintain appearance of donation areas.
• Accurately track the quantity of donations during shifts.
• Properly load and prepare trucks for pick up by transportation.
• Follow and enforce all company procedures.
• Stay up to date on all safety and equipment certifications as needed.
• Collaborate with assigned CDP Case Manager throughout program participation.
• Attend and complete STEPS workshop.
