HomeSmiles is a property maintenance company committed to making homeownership and property management easier. We provide preventive services like gutter cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, window washing, pressure washing, and more all delivered with professionalism, reliability, and care.

Position Summary

HomeSmiles is looking for a Field and Sales Manager to lead our local team. This role combines managing field techs with driving sales in the commuity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily field operations and job quality
  • Train and support field techs on service standards
  • Build customer and community relationships
  • Follow up on leads and drive sales growth
  • Track performance and report results

    • Compensation

  • Base Salary : $50,000 annually.
  • Incentive Compensation : Up to $27,000 annually, comprised of three monthly incentive goals ($750 each) :

    • Achieving a 4-star (or higher) review for 75% of completed jobs monthly.

  • Generating 20 new "HomeSmiles 365" subscriptions per month.
  • Maintaining a 31% profit margin on monthly performance.

    • Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in management, field service operations, or sales.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Organized and reliable.
  • Valid drivers license.
