• Provides shift to shift oversight for clinical practice, staffing, patient flow, safety, service, and utilization of resources for daily operations. Maintains the environment of care.\n
• Provides care to patients in a competent, capable, caring and efficient manner. Care provided is appropriate to the age of the patients served.\n
• Role models organizational values\n
• Provides real-time feedback to staff to improve performance\n
• Leads / Participates in department process improvement to improve projects outcomes\n\nQualifications\n\nQualifications\n\nWe seek nurses who passionately support an individualized birth experience\n
• BSN required. 1 year charge nurse experience preferred\n
• Professional experience that demonstrates ability to understand the clinical practice environment. 2 years clinical nursing experience preferred\n
• Certification in specialty preferred\n
• Successful completion of unit specific certifications (PALS, ACLS, TNCC, NRP, chemotherapy certification, etc.)\n
