Job Description
- Bachelor's Degree in Architectural, Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering, or a similar discipline and / or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years previous General / Construction / Industry Project Management skills (5+years is ideal).
- 3+ years of experience in building structural infrastructure systems and facilities design (bridge crane systems, floors, walls, roofs) or Mechanical systems.
- Demonstrated ability / experience working on a cross functional team.
- AutoCAD and MS Office Suite skills.
- Experience in working within Environmental State and Federal regulations.
- Experience maintaining project cost controls. Provide coordination of engineering design and review from concept through implementation using standard project management processes (Project Management Professional highly desired).
- Provide project sourcing strategy and research market for qualified suppliers of materials and services. This is not an entry level position.
- We prefer strong capital project management experience as a priority over Architectural, Civil Engineering, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering skills among strong candidates.
- This position will support 3 manufacturing sites across Moline and East Moline, IL.
