This is a remote position.

The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate projects of significant size and scope in alignment with organizational goals and client requirements. The role requires a highly organized and results-driven professional with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. The Project Manager will ensure that all project deliverables are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time while maintaining effective collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects of comparable size and complexity to the scope outlined in this solicitation.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Facilitate meetings with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Track project progress and performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks or issues.
  • Motivate and guide project teams to maintain high-quality standards and timely delivery of all project milestones.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and communication logs.
  • Manage client expectations and build strong, long-term professional relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with all organizational and client-specific requirements, standards, and procedures.

Requirements

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing projects of similar size and scope.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience facilitating meetings with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams toward the successful completion of complex projects.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

    • Education and Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Scrum Master Certification required.
