Responsibilities :

• Leadership : Oversee non-public audits and reviews for clients in the manufacturing, distribution, construction, real estate or commercial industry, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Expert Consultation : Provide expert advice on complex transactions, including business combinations, equity structures, and compensation agreements.
• Financial Reporting : Prepare and review comprehensive financial statements and related reports that inform key business decisions.
• Research : Direct and manage research projects, bringing innovative solutions to the table.
• Mentorship : Supervise, train, and mentor a team of experienced professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Client Management : Take charge of client relationships, delivering exceptional audit services and enhancing client satisfaction.
• Strategic Initiatives : Contribute to department-wide initiatives, including the implementation of new audit and accounting standards.
