We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Specialist to join a fast-paced team supporting payroll operations across the U.S. and Canada. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys solving real-world payroll challenges. You'll be the first point of contact for payroll-related inquiries and play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing. Responsibilities :

• Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll cycles, including multi-state payments, 401(k), and FSA deductions
• Validate new hire data and tax setup
• Maintain and update employee earnings, deductions, and time codes
• Handle quarter-end and year-end payroll adjustments and reporting
• Prepare monthly payroll entries for financial close
• Support audits including 5500 filings and annual 401(k) reviews
• Respond to employee inquiries and resolve payroll discrepancies
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure compliance and accuracy

Pay Details : $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
