COMPENSATION :

Base Salary is $550,000 +DOE

Sign on Bonus $50,% at signing and 50% when you start

100% when a Visa physician starts

BENEFITS : PTO 20 days / yr

CME 5 days + $4000

Paid Malpractice

Relocation $5,000 $10,000 for a family
