Washington State Licensed Loan Recovery Specialist

A company is looking for a Loan Loss Recovery Specialist to manage the recovery of charged-off accounts and support financial health.

Key Responsibilities

Negotiate settlements with debtors and third parties on charged-off accounts

Apply knowledge of legal collection practices to ensure compliance and guide recovery efforts

Track account progress and maintain documentation of recovery efforts using the Collection System

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience

Minimum 5 years of customer service experience, including 3 years in collections

Knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act

Ability to exercise confidentiality and sound judgment

Experience with financial services products and collections is preferred
