About The Position

Qualifications :

• Current Vermont Registered Nurse (RN) license required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience (community nursing or related field preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to maintain electronic health records.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic community health environment.
