Foreclosure Managing Attorney

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Foreclosure Managing Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of PA and NJ Foreclosure Law as well as possess strong management skills. This role requires dual admission in PA and NJ. Additionally, excellent research and legal drafting skills, as well as proficiency in utilizing legal research tools such as LexisNexis is required. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, representing clients in legal matters, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Proven experience as a manager is also required. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a team of paralegals and attorneys, ensuring success in meeting client timelines.

• Duties
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
• Draft and review legal documents.
• Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations in various matters.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals to develop comprehensive strategies for client representation.
• Maintain organized case files and documentation to ensure compliance with legal standards.
• Manage a team of paralegals and attorneys, ensuring client timelines are met.
• Experience
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required.
• Dual admission in PA and NJ is essential.
• Previous experience in foreclosure law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective client interaction and advocacy.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
• Proven ability to manage a team of paralegals and attorneys, contributing to their success.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
