We are seeking a motivated and experienced Plumbing Foreman to join our team in the Tampa, St. Petersburg and Bradenton area .

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Plumbing Foreman, you'll be the backbone of our projects. You'll work closely with our leadership team and crews to ensure every project is completed on time, within budget, and to our high standards. Your responsibilities will include :

• Leading and managing all plumbing crews to ensure efficient and high-quality work.
• Conducting daily job walks to perform quality assurance and quality control (QA / QC).
• Ensuring the job site is clean, secure, and well-managed at the end of each day.
• Attending weekly meetings with general contractors (GCs) to align on project goals.
• Completing daily reports, including toolbox talks and red-lining.
• Conducting Job Hazard Assessments and completing Accident and Incident Reports as needed.
