We are currently seeking additional General Otolaryngologists to meet growing patient demand and support our continued expansion.

What We Offer :

  • 1 : 12 call schedule , evenly shared among providers, with Physician Associate support; no facial trauma call
  • Starting annual salary of $400,000 , with highly competitive compensation , transparent financials and a short track to partnership
  • Tiered production bonuses starting at 20%, available from Day 1
