Land Development Civil Engineer

Location : Wilder, Ky - Cincinnati Tri-state area

Experience Level : Mid-Level to Senior-Level

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer with a focus on land development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing civil engineering projects related to residential, commercial, and industrial land development.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare site layout, grading, drainage, utility, and erosion control plans.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations.
• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and stormwater management design.
• Coordinate with architects, surveyors, environmental consultants, and local agencies.
• Prepare construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Assist in permitting processes and attend public hearings or meetings as needed.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers or CAD technicians.
