Integrated Master Scheduler
The Integrated Master Scheduler will execute all scheduling functions, including the preparation, maintenance, and update of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in alignment with the Department of Defense (DoD) Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and IMS Preparation and Use Guide. The role involves documenting and tracking actions required for events and milestone reviews while providing a reliable schedule in accordance with global standards set by the Program Management Institute (PMI).
Responsibilities
- Develop, integrate, and synchronize government and program contractor schedules for major design upgrades, work directives, software releases, vehicle production, and design cut-ins.
- Coordinate multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration and capture internal / external dependencies.
- Provide a detailed program schedule to facilitate government program management decisions.
- Present schedules in both detailed and high-level resolution formats to leadership.
- Assist product / project teams by developing, integrating, and presenting task-oriented activities in a comprehensive IMS.
- Conduct schedule status reviews and schedule update meetings.
- Maintain and update the IMP and IMS to ensure completeness and correct documentation for program milestone reviews or events.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 3 years of recent experience as a program scheduler, master scheduler, project planner, or master planner for the DoD.Proficient in project management / scheduling tool software suites such as Microsoft Project, KIDASA Milestone Professional, and Monte Carlo simulation tools.Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.Experience in maintaining and developing project schedules.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working on military acquisition programs or with ground combat vehicle systems.Familiarity with Just In Time procurement.Degree in Project Management, Business Management, or Business Administration.Demonstrates good listening skills, is a go-getter, fast learner, and a team player.Able to work with cross-functional teams and prioritize effectively.Work Environment
The position is based in a purpose-built facility in Sterling Heights, MI, designed to support the US Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command. The facility includes office, conference, engineering lab, and vehicle high bay integration space. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 am-5 pm, with flexible hours available as long as the expected hours are met. The current work schedule is hybrid, with potential for a fully onsite model in the future.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00 / hr.
