Job Description

This position will be responsible for providing nursing care and case management services for patients in the Behavioral Health Unit.

Responsibilities :

  • Assess and monitor patient's mental health status
  • Develop and implement care plans
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers and community resources
  • Provide support and education to patients and their families

Requirements :

  • Active LVN license
  • Previous experience in behavioral health nursing preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
