Senior Legal Counsel, U.S. Licensed

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel, Public Sector & Commercial.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and negotiate public sector and commercial transactions, managing the full deal lifecycle

Provide strategic counsel on government contracting and compliance, advising on procurement and compliance requirements

Collaborate cross-functionally to provide legal advice on data protection, privacy, and commercial contracting issues

Required Qualifications

J.D. (or equivalent) and active U.S. bar membership in good standing

7+ years of post-qualification experience

Demonstrated experience across the software procurement lifecycle, particularly in U.S. Federal procurement frameworks

Proven experience negotiating complex technology and professional services contracts

Familiarity with compliance requirements such as FedRAMP, CMMC, and ITAR
