Location : This is an in-office role at our downtown Duluth, MN corporate office

Hours of Position : Monday through Friday 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm, with 30-minute lunch break

Compensation : $23.00 / hour

Job Type : Full-Time

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Source potential candidates using applicant tracking system and various external platforms
• Post and update job openings in systems
• Screen incoming applications by completing phone screens and schedule interviews
• Interview candidates as needed
• Facilitate onboarding for new employees
• Oversee new hire training process
• Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
• Answer phones and direct calls
• Open and close office each day
• Assist HR team with various projects
• Other duties as assigned
