A company is looking for a Director of RADV Program Analytics & Risk Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the development of RADV risk exposure models and audit forecasting tools
Ensure data governance and integrity for all risk adjustment and HCC related metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into specifications for BI solutions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of 7 years' experience in data science or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent experience
Extensive experience working with large, complex data sets, including clinical and healthcare data
Proficiency in data integration from various sources
Experience in a large health system is preferred
