Position Summary

We’re hiring Traveling Commercial Installation Technicians who are ready to be on the road for several weeks at a time. This role is perfect for adaptable, versatile tradespeople who enjoy working in changing environments and are energized by fast-paced, team-oriented work.

You will be installing mechanical systems such as air compressors and commercial fans, supporting safety spotting, and jumping in on special project builds. If you're someone who takes initiative when things aren't perfectly organized, communicates clearly, and shows up prepared and professional every day— we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot commercial compressors, industrial fans, and mechanical equipment.
• Assist with safety spotting and ensure safe work practices are followed at all times.
• Adapt quickly to new project scopes across multiple industries and settings.
• Read blueprints, follow project scopes, and perform mechanical installations to spec.
• Collaborate with team members and site leads to complete jobs on time and with quality.
• Proactively solve problems, communicate clearly with team leads, and execute without delay.
• Keep tools, workspace, and vehicles clean and organized.
• Represent Force Building Services with professionalism in communication, appearance, and execution.
