Sales Project Coordinator
Granex Industries is seeking a Sales Project Coordinator to support granite and quartz countertop projects from initial quote through fabrication and installation. This is a primarily inside sales and coordination role that combines customer communication, estimating support, job setup, and internal project coordination.
The Sales Project Coordinator supports the sales process by managing quotes, entering and tracking jobs, monitoring approvals, and coordinating project flow between departments. This role works daily with sales, CAD, scheduling, production, and installation teams to ensure projects move accurately and without delays.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare and revise quotes for granite and quartz countertop projects
- Review quantities, layout details, and material options
- Create and maintain complete job records and documentation
- Coordinate jobs from approval through fabrication and installation
- Submit and follow up on CAD / CTS layout requests
- Verify slab and material availability and assist with reservations
- Communicate with customers regarding approvals, scheduling, and selections
- Track deposits and final payments to avoid job delays
- Handle service call intake and assist with resolution
- Print shop tickets and coordinate pickups when required
- Occasionally assist with limited local customer visits (not a primary function)
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfort working with technology and internal systems
- Ability to manage multiple active projects
- Experience with granite, quartz, countertops, or construction is a plus
