Founded in 1980 in Irvine, California, HPA is a multidisciplinary firm offering Planning, Architecture, and Interior Design services. While maintaining a small, highly interactive team structure, we’ve designed millions of square feet of industrial and workplace facilities across the country.

Our portfolio includes biotech, food processing, electronics, and hazardous materials facilities for top developers and corporations nationwide. Since 2021, HPA has proudly been an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) company — giving our team members a real stake in the firm’s success.

We are seeking an entry-level Architectural Designer to join our Irvine office. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals on meaningful projects and grow within a collaborative, design-focused environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with project teams to achieve design and production goals.
  • Contribute to all phases of project development — from concept through construction documents.
  • Prepare drawings, 3D models, and visual presentations.
  • Participate in team coordination and client-focused design solutions.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture required.
  • 0–2 years of professional experience in an architectural setting.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
  • Strong design, technical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
