Business Development Representative (BDR)

Somos o Escala, uma HR Tech brasileira que tem como misso descomplicar a gesto do trabalho para que todos tenham mais tempo para o que realmente importa.

Nascemos dentro do Laboratrio de Inovao do Hospital Albert Einstein para facilitar a gesto dos plantonistas do hospital, a plataforma cresceu, criamos novos produtos e hoje estamos presentes em mais de 350 clientes pelo Brasil nos mais variados segmentos.

Descrio do Emprego

Estamos procurando um profissional motivado e orientado a resultados para se juntar nossa equipe de vendas como um BDR (Business Development Representative). Como BDR, voc ser responsvel por gerar oportunidades qualificadas e apoiar o processo de vendas do incio ao fim. Voc ter a oportunidade de trabalhar com ferramentas avanadas de prospeco e se envolver em todo o ciclo de venda.

Como ser o seu dia-a-dia?

  • Utilizar plataformas de prospeco, como Meetime, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ProspectIn e similares, para gerar oportunidade qualificadas.
  • Realizar cold calls (ligaes) para prospectar novas contas.
  • Qualificar as contas geradas por meio de Inteligncia Comercial.
  • Mapear as dores, objees e desafios das contas.
  • Fazer a transio das oportunidades para a equipe comercial, acompanhando sua jornada do incio ao fim.
  • Produzir relatrios gerenciais para acompanhar e otimizar o ciclo de vendas.

O que voc precisa ter para se candidatar?

  • Experincia anterior em Vendas, especialmente como SDR ou BDR.
  • Habilidade de comunicao eficaz, tanto escrita quanto verbal.
  • Aptido para realizar ligaes telefnicas (cold calls).
  • Domnio da lngua portuguesa.
  • Perfil analtico e orientado a resultados.
  • Pr-atividade, capacidade de aprendizado rpido e foco.
  • O que pode ser um diferencial?

  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de CRM, como Pipedrive e Meetime.
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de Marketing, como Hubspot.
  • Conhecimento em marketing de contedo.
  • Experincia em inbound marketing.
  • Ter trabalhado com produtos SaaS (software as a service).
  • Experincia em startups.
