Incident Response Program Manager

A company is looking for a Business Continuity / Incident Response Principal Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities :

Support the incident lifecycle from detection to resolution and post-incident review

Coordinate cross-functional team activities and maintain formal incident documentation

Manage post-mortem analysis and bi-annual testing cycles of the Incident Response & Business Continuity plan

Required Qualifications :

8+ years of relevant experience

Bachelor's degree and leadership experience required

Experience in Incident Detection & Response in a high-tech SaaS environment preferred

Ability to coordinate multiple disciplines while anticipating future steps of the incident lifecycle

Resilience and capacity to maintain a constructive attitude during high-pressure situations
