Details / Requirements for Assignment :

Oklahoma state license or active IMLC required

Board Certified / Board Eligible

ACLS certified

Average expected time in house to be 8A-6P (10 hours) with 14 hours of on call (6P-8A)

Call is beeper, 15 minute response time

Inpatient only, no ERCP or EUS required

One APP for support

Average 15-20 patients total seen per day + 5 procedures

Average calls while on call 0-10 7pm-7am, Average callback in 24 hours is 1-3 times overnight per week

Credentialing is 60 days, Temporary privileges are available

EMR is EPIC, 200+ beds, Level 3 trauma center
