City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a relentless B2B sales hunter to develop new janitorial contract business across Northern Nevada. This is pure new business developmentyou prospect your assigned territory, qualify leads, present solutions, close contracts, and immediately hand off to our operations team. Your Territory. Your Revenue. Your Success. You'll own a defined set of zip codes across Reno, Carson City, and Northern Nevada. Every dollar of contract revenue that comes from your territory is yours. The Model : You generate your own leads through cold outreach, door-to-door field visits, strategic networking, and systematically working your geographic territory. You close commercial janitorial contracts with building owners and property managers. Once signed, our Facility Solutions Managers take over the relationshipyou move on to the next prospect. City Wide is a management company that coordinates all facility services for our clients. You're selling a proven system backed by 60+ years of success and almost $1B in systemwide revenuewithout managing crews, equipment, or operational problems.
The Northern Nevada Opportunity : Reno and Carson City's commercial markets are expanding rapidly. Tech companies, distribution centers, healthcare facilities, professional offices, and gaming properties create consistent demand for commercial janitorial services. You'll represent the largest management company in the building maintenance industry with exclusive territory ownership.
Compensation : On-Target Earnings of $120,000+ annually for hitting performance goals. You'll earn a $50,000 base salary plus uncapped commission on every contract you close. Top performers exceed OTE by 20-40% because recurring revenue contracts mean the business you close today continues generating commission tomorrow.
