Job Description

Job Title : Quality Inspector

Location : Lansing

Pay : $17 / hour

Shift : 1st shift

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Quality Inspector to join a 3rd party quality inspection company in Lansing. The successful candidate will ensure quality parts pass inspection and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities for the Quality Inspector :

Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met

Maintain documentation and accurate records
Ensure customers receive 100% certified parts
Follow company work procedures for sorting, inspecting, reworking, and parts handling
Review and understand job work instructions daily

Requirements for the Quality Inspector :

High school diploma or GED or history of successful work experience

Experience in fieldwork and customer contact is valuable

Highly developed organization skills

Ability to communicate with team members and customers

Ability to function in a stressful environment with time pressure

Good eye for detail

Work Environment :

Quality inspection environment
